On Monday, Arabs stoned buses driving along Uzi Narkiss Street in Jerusalem, 0404 News reported. One of the buses experienced shattered windows, but thankfully no casualties were suffered. The Monday attack took place shortly after the Jerusalem light rail was stoned along the Shuafat road, damaging one of the light rail carriages. Police summoned to the scene detained two suspects with signs of dust on their hands. Later on Monday night Arabs were caught throwing stones at Israeli security forces in the neighborhood of Silwan. Israeli security forces identified the suspects, launched a chase and arrested one of them.
On Sunday night, Arabs stoned cars on the road to Beitar Ilit in Gush Etzion, damaging 6 cars, and lightly wounding a pregnant woman, who was taken to the hospital, The Jewish Press reported.
At around 6:30 AM on Monday morning, Arabs threw rocks at passing cars in the Samaria region of Israel, opposite the Arab village of Dir Nizam, near the Jewish community of Neve Tzuf. One person was lightly injured after his car’s windshield was hit, The Jewish Press reported. He was treated onsite by Magen David Adom (the Israeli equivalent of the Red Cross) paramedics.
According to The Jewish Press, there has been a recent upswing in attacks in the Judea & Samaria regions of Israel. Unfortunately, there has been no condemnation of these attacks by Arab leaders living in Israel or abroad. Israelis citizens continue to suffer at the hands of their attackers and the world is silent. The world needs to know what happens in Israel on a daily basis and our situation needs to change.
