The Lev Haolam team carefully selects a variety of products to fill your monthly package.  Specific products vary from package to package, but the items Lev HaOlam chooses consist of boutique chocolates, sweets, olive oil, tea, cosmetics, wine, dried fruits, artisan ceramics, and Judaica. Your package forms a direct connection between you and the producers that make it happen.

The packages are sent at the beginning of each month. Subscriptions received up until the final day of the month, will be shipped during the first week of the following month. *Example: All registrations between July 1st –July 31st will be shipped during the first week of August.* Packages can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment. We ship to dozens of different countries and states, so in order to get more detailed shipping times for your location, please send an email to support@levhaolam.com.

 

 

Yes, you can always cancel your subscription, at any time for any reason. All cancellations can be emailed to support@levhaolam.com.

 

 

We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at support@levhaolam.com if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.

 

 

Yes. When subscribing, please provide the country and address of the recipient in the “address” section of the subscription form, after payment. If you are an existing customer who has already registered, please email us at support@levhaolam.com to update your shipping information.

 

 

Tracking information is usually available around the 5th of each month (after the packages have been shipped).  Feel free to email us at support@levhaolam.com and we will be more than glad to send you your tracking information.

 

 

All of the food items we buy are packaged items and are purchased from other companies located in Judea and Samaria. We do not produce any of the food ourselves.

All of the items we include in our boxes are certified kosher under different rabbinical supervisions. Some of the supervisions of our products include the following:

Lev Haolam does our best to provide high standard kosher items in our packages.

Additionally, we are always on the lookout for new items to include, so the supervisions will not always be the same as listed, but they will be of similar standards.

If you are concerned with the level of Kashrut of your package, please contact our team about receiving an all Mehadrin Package.

In this section, a form is available where you can provide your name, number, email and comments. Please enter your new credit card number and expiration date into the comments section and we will update your information. We will confirm the update once we have received it.

While we send alcoholic beverages approximately six times per year, we do offer the option to request an alcohol-free package. In these packages we swap alcoholic beverages for alternative items. Upon registration, please mention in the comments section that you are interested in an alcohol-free package.

 

 

While our subscription is monthly, it can be canceled at any time, so you can subscribe for as long or short as you like. You can also email us at support@levhaolam.com to inquire about other payment options.

 

 

No, we do not offer items for individual sale. Our enterprise is a subscription to a monthly surprise package.

 

Lev Haolam is not a charity but rather an idealistic business with a cause. Through Lev Haolam, Jewish business owners in Judea & Samaria do not need to rely on charity, but rather count on Lev Haolam for large volume purchases. By subscribing to the package program, you are practically purchasing products from various different businesses in Judea & Samaria.
