Assi Olive Oil – Emek HaMa’ayanot
At the heart of the January box is extra virgin olive oil from Assi, produced in Emek HaMa’ayanot, one of Israel’s most fertile regions.
Assi’s olive oil is the result of patience, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the land. The olives are carefully harvested and cold-pressed to preserve their natural aroma and flavor. The result is a smooth, balanced oil that reflects the region it comes from – rich, grounded, and full of life.
Olive trees are among the oldest symbols of the Land of Israel, representing endurance and blessing. Including this oil in the January box was a natural choice.
Avnaim Farm – Almonds from the Galilee
The raw almonds in this box come from Avnaim Farm, a family-run farm located in northern Israel.
The Avnaim family grows their almonds with care and intention, harvesting them at peak freshness. Almond trees are among the first to bloom in Israel each year, even in the heart of winter – a powerful symbol of hope and renewal.
These almonds are simple, nourishing, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the land.
Zuta – Fig Jam from the North
The fig jam was crafted by Zuta, a delicatessen founded in the northern border region of Israel.
Zuta is built on the belief that high-quality food can carry memory, comfort, and strength. Their fig jam is made using traditional methods, allowing the natural sweetness of the fruit to shine through. Figs are one of the Seven Species of the Land of Israel, making this product especially meaningful for the January theme.
Each jar carries the flavor of the north – and the determination of those who continue to create there.
Cocoa Forest & Chocollate – Chocolate from Jerusalem
The box includes milk chocolate and hazelnut cream, produced by Cocoa Forest and Chocolatte, artisan chocolatiers based in Jerusalem.
These chocolates represent creativity and entrepreneurship rooted in Israel’s capital. Carefully sourced ingredients, thoughtful flavor combinations, and small-batch production turn each bite into an experience.
Chocolate may not grow on trees in Israel – but the craftsmanship behind it certainly grows from Israeli spirit and ingenuity.
Shay Gluten Free – Granola from the Judean Hills
The gluten-free granola comes from Shay Gluten Free, a family business founded out of love and necessity.
Shay created his company to ensure his daughter – and many others – could enjoy safe, high-quality food without compromise. Made in the Judean Hills, this granola is packed with nuts, dried fruit, and care.
It’s a product born from resilience, innovation, and the desire to nourish others.
Les Parfums Itamar – Natural Skincare from Samaria
Rounding out the box are natural cosmetic products created by Les Parfums Itamar, a family business in Samaria.
Their skincare is made using natural ingredients and essential oils, reflecting a philosophy of purity, simplicity, and respect for creation. Like the trees they draw from, these products are meant to restore, protect, and sustain.
